Can anyone join actions?
Yes. Any registered public user can join or apply depending on action settings.
Can anyone create actions?
No. Action creation is restricted to AFB Volunteer, AFB Member, AFB Staff, and Admin roles.
Can completed actions show reports?
Yes. Action detail pages display report state and published report content where available.
